Energy Efficiency - Consumer Competency

Scale weighing light bulbs

The purpose of the E2C2 Case Management program is to offer those households receiving energy assistance or weatherization an opportunity to move toward economic stability. The E2C2 case manager works with willing households to identify and address their unique and multiple challenges to achieving self-sufficiency.

This comprehensive case management program is expected to integrate with existing case management efforts within the community action agency, though it is understood this holistic and comprehensive approach may be more broad-based than some agencies' existing practices.

Participants in this program may receive assistance with budgeting, employment searches, childcare, education, home maintenance, and HUD counseling. They are seen twice monthly for up to one year, with the ultimate goal of participants becoming self sufficient.

For more information please call (541) 492-3530.
