Austin Houses, Roseburg

The Susan and James Houses, collectively known as the Austin Houses, are single wide, 2-bedroom modular units connected with a double carport with storage cabinets. They are identical units that have two bedrooms and are all electric with washer and dryer hook ups. They have separate large fenced yards and automatic sprinkler systems. Located in the Green area close to schools and shopping. Ideal for couples or singles with a young child. These units accept pets. The Austin Houses provide housing for residents with a household income less than 150% of the federal poverty level. These properties have been owned and managed by UCAN since 1993.
