These four 3-bedroom houses, collectively known as Crestview South, provide housing for families with at least one member who has been previously incarcerated. Families work closely with a case manager to develop an individualized plan to learn budgeting skills, goal setting and achievement, and other skills required to balance work and family. Three of the Crestview South houses provide housing for residents with a household income less than 50% of the federal poverty level while the fourth provides housing for previously homeless residents with a household income less than 30% of the federal poverty level. This property has been owned and managed by UCAN since 2004. |
