Crestview Terrace Transitional Apartment living is conveniently located in the heart of Roseburg atop a hill with beautiful views. Crestview was built in 2004 to accommodate 11 single tenants. Tenants are eligible if re-entering our community after incarceration and/or attempting to remain alcohol and drug free. The co-ed facility has an on-site case manager who follows the tenants activities, supervises and navigates an often confusing system for better outcomes in their success with self-sufficiency. Tenants are allowed to stay for up to two years if compliant with case plans.
