Grandview, Roseburg

The Grandview Apartments in Roseburg provide housing for individuals and families with at least one household member dealing with mental health issues. Rent for these units will not exceed 30% of the household income and utilities are paid by UCAN. The property boasts a playground and meeting room that tenants can schedule for birthday parties and other events. The meeting room includes a kitchen and bathroom and a "quiet room" with a couch, a comfortable rocking chair and skylight. When not otherwise scheduled, residents can use the meeting room for a quiet place to go and just hang out. A VCR/DVD player is available as well as craft supplies and clothing for dress-up.
