Can you help me with my phone bill?
Unfortunately, we do not usually have funding to help with phone bills. However, the government offers reduced telephone rates to low-income households through a program called Oregon Telephone Assistance Program. This program assists with hooking up new phone service or reducing the cost for existing service.
