The Confidence Clinic: A self-sufficiency program for women of all ages, offering two sixteen-week sessions per year. The course includes academic skills (including GED preparation and computer literacy), assertiveness, communications, parenting, values, goal setting, decision making, problem solving, teamwork, anger management, career exploration, job search skills, and self-esteem building. Skills learned reduce the participants' dependency of public assistance programs and increase their ability to enter further training or employment.


ELIGIBILITY: There are no income restrictions. The Confidence Clinic and Women's Workshop are for adult women. Directions is for adult men and women.
