Low Income Energy Assistance Program is a federally funded program designed to help low income households pay heating bills. This benefit may be accessed once per year per household.
Utility Assistance
UCAN has various emergency and non-emergency utility programs to help offset the cost of heating and to prevent disconnection of utilities. To find out when funding is available you may call the Hot Line at (541)492-3535 or dial 1-800-301-8226 and ask for extension 3535.
