LIEAP
Low Income Energy Assistance Program is a federally funded program designed to help low income households pay heating bills. This benefit may be accessed once per year per household.
Emergency Utility Assistance
If you need assistance with utilities not covered by the LIEAP program, we may be able to help. We have FEMA funds, Avista Utilities funds, Oregon Heat funds, and donations available at various times throughout the year to help with water bills, heating bills not covered by LIEAP, and sewer bills. We can also arrange for firewood to be delivered to your home. Unfortunately, we cannot help with telephone bills.
Other Emergency Assistance
Occassionally we have funding available to help with gasoline or prescriptions.
