We provide the facts on enrollment requirements and eligibility for the Oregon Health Plan, as well as provide certified application assistants to help individuals navigate the health care system. Our staff are available in both counties to provide one-on-one service, as well as public outreach, education events and advocacy for applicants that may need special assistance.
With the significant expansion of Medicaid in Oregon, most people now have the means to obtain prescriptions. But many people are still in the process of enrolling in Medicaid or in Medicare's prescription drug plan. Our program helps qualified individuals obtain necessary medicines and medical supplies. We help individuals navigate pharmaceutical company support programs, which have a wide array of eligibility standards, while individuals wait for approval of their insurance application. We also advocate on behalf of individuals for needed prescriptions. This ensures that individuals have their immediate need for prescriptions met.
