Second Chance - Second Chance Renter's Rehabilitation and Advocacy Program is a five-week, ten-session workshop series designed to assist renters in becoming better tenants. Participants gain the skills, strategies, and self-confidence needed to obtain and maintain housing. They learn ways to overcome bad credit and poor rental history. Graduates have the opportunity to earn a letter of recommendation to a prospective landlord.
