UCAN OPENING WAITING LIST FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS 8/1/26

On August 1, 2026, UCAN will be opening its waiting list for all housing units it owns and manages in Sutherlin, Roseburg, Winston, Drain and Canyonville with the exception of one bedroom units. Those interested in being added to a waiting list will need to complete a preliminary application. Preliminary applications will be available on UCAN’s web-site as well as the UCAN office at 251 NE Garden Valley Boulevard, Roseburg, OR 97470.

Applicants may submit their preliminary application to UCAN’s office at 251 NE Garden Valley (first floor reception), by mailing it to Suite 111 at the same address, or by e-mailing it to propertymanagement@ucancap.org.  To be added to a waiting list, applicants must fully complete the preliminary application, have all required individuals sign it, and meet all initial requirements. UCAN will add successful applicants to the appropriate waiting list in the order they are received, with those received earliest having priority over those received later.

Households currently on a waiting list do not need to submit a new preliminary application. These households will maintain their position on the waiting lists they selected previously.

Those having questions may e-mail propertymanagement@ucancap.org or call UCAN Property Management at (541) 392-3511. The waiting lists will remain open for not less than 30 days, and will remain open until UCAN has a sufficient number of applicants on each waiting list. UCAN will announce any future closures of a waiting list.
