As of August 1, 2026, UCAN has opened its waiting list for all housing units it owns and manages in Sutherlin, Roseburg, Winston, Drain and Canyonville. Those interested in being added to a waiting list need to complete a preliminary application. Preliminary applications can be downloaded here. They can also be picked up at UCAN’s office at 251 NE Garden Valley Boulevard, Roseburg, OR 97470.
Applicants may submit their preliminary application to UCAN’s office at 251 NE Garden Valley (first floor reception), by mailing it to Suite 111 at the same address, or by e-mailing it to propertymanagement@ucancap.org.
Households currently on a waiting list do not need to submit a new preliminary application. These households will maintain their position on the waiting lists they selected previously.
